Polka Dots

Another new piece in the "Good Girls" series! These have been a great way to mess with style and technique and I'm looking forward to applying some of that moving forward. More soon! -B

The Soldier

Finally finished the last piece in my first series of Egyptian prints. This set was a pretty fun exercise working with a variety of shapes and colors. I'm looking forward to working with these characters a bit more in the future, but I think I'll go a bit moodier with my next series.. more soon! -B

Green Smoke Equals Magic!

Felt like painting something vaguely Egyptian with swirly magic and fire, thus ended up here. I feel she's kinda lonely though, perhaps a mummy or two should join the roster.... more to come! -B

Man of Steel: Jor-El

One of the parts that I'm really looking forward too in the new "Man of Steel" movie is seeing some of the more minor characters get flushed out a bit more. One of them is Superman's father Jor-El whose going to be portrayed by Russel Crowe. So of course next up in my "Man of Steel" series is my take on the man who started it all! Thanks! -B

The Walking Dead: A TV Tribute

Back again tonight with a few new character paintings, this time based on another one of my favorite shows, AMC's The Walking Dead based on the graphic novel by Robert Kirkman! These two were a lot of fun, especially the part of delving into a different timeline and some more intense subject matter. Both Shane and the Mud Walker play crucial roles in the new season, so I thought it would be fun to start with those. More to come soon! Thanks for stopping by! :)
