Genetic Improvements

Here is my first Illustration 1 project, a pen and ink drawing using a crow quill, toothbrush, and ink wash. This was a really challenging assignment and the first time that I have ever used ink to this extent, essentially making it quite an experiment. I learned so much in this assignment, both good and bad, but overall it was a lot of fun. I hope to explore this medium more in the future...

PS, I just want to thank everyone for all of the support on my work. I really appreciate you taking the time to stop by and check it out. Thanks a lot

Brandon it came out really good. Its cool how you can do it using that technique and it still has the effect of shading. I see why it took so long to do . Nice work....love MOM

OoooOOOoooo I Really like that! Looks like an intro scene to a marvel movie. Any moment I am expecting it to go through the transformation to the live scene. Very cool! Love the detail!

Badass! Wow! Great job, it's like you've taken what you learned in perspective and made it all crazy awesome - it reminds me of the test tube assignment you did, but revamped. :)
